Modifying existing report

I have a crystal report that i am trying to modify.
I can not correctly add a new parameter.

I have included a sample file for anyone to reference or modify. just change the extension back to .rpt

The existing report will reference the year by the products by month.
I am required to add a reference of by the customer to the mix.

I think know the table and field i am required to open - sales_ledger - account_name
I do not know how to correctly link this table back to the others + correctly set the parameter.

Learning Crystal is on my very long list of jobs.

Please can someone advise or help or modify my report.
