Pass Parameter from trigger to Stored Procedure

I have a Trigger that fires off during an insert or update in one table. I need to get the ID for that line and send it to a stored procedure and use that ID to do some more calculations. I'm having some trouble with it and it doesn't seem to be firing off correctly. Any help would be great.
