Server 2008 folder redirection fails with "The system cannot find the file specified"

I've set up Terminal Services on Server 2008 to redirect the Documents folder to a UNC path. It works fine for me (administrative permissions) but not for a standard user. It creates the folder and subfolders in the proper place, but throws an event 502 error that states:

Failed to apply policy and redirect folder "Documents" to "\\test2008\app\testuser\My Documents".
 Redirection options=9000.
 The following error occurred: "Failed to update known folder's paths".
 Error details: "The system cannot find the file specified.
".

I've seen a couple of documents explaining how to set up folder redirection that I've followed, but still no go.Start Free Trial
